Dauphine, Hubig & Erin are from the 2012 litter out of Marigny (Howlin’s Passionate Kisses MXP AJP CGC) x Dragon (Reigning Dragon of CuRuaMor), and are named for New Orleans bakery and pastries; Praline, King Cake and Beignet. They had a lovely little red-brindle sister named Mirliton who was lost at birth.

Dauphine (Praline) was solid black and very shiny when born, with the smallest white accents on her chest and tail and looked like a beautiful little seal pup. She was the loudest one when nursing and continued the motions even when pulled from her mother, refusing to believe feeding time was over.

Dauphine became an AKC Champion in 2015 and holds NJP, OJP and AJP titles in Agility. She also holds RN and RA titles in Rally and a CGC title. Hopefully her agility career will be as impressive as her mother’s.

Hubig (King Cake) was a lovely red-wheaten with wide brindling, like huge tiger stripes when he was a baby and has always liked to lie flat with his hips open on the bed and tail dragging down, in a pose referred to as “Butterfly Tiger Shrimp”. His father, Dragon, also loved lying in this position. Hubig was and still is the sweetest boy, with a huge propensity to become whiny when he’s tired, and any other time it suits him.

Hubig earned his AKC Championship April 2, 2016 and holds AKC Agility titles of NJP and OJP, as well as his CGC title. The plan is to continue with his agility career and to try nose work with him in the future.

Hubig and Dauphine are almost inseparable, doing everything together and are much like twins. This is such a loving litter. All 3 pups are incredibly sweet and gentle.

Erin (Beignet) was born a red-brindle also, like Hubig, however, she had stripes that were a little smaller and closer together. Erin was the most gentle puppy and loved to listen to New Orleans Jazz and Gospel music, howling along with it. Risha often sang to her in the whelping box and when walking around the house.

When they were babies Erin and Dauphine seemed to play with each other the most, running and chasing each other until they were both tired and needed their puppy naps.

Erin is happy and lives with a few French Bulldogs in her loving home and has a wonderful yard of several fenced acres on which to play and explore. Dave & Risha visit Erin as often as possible. All the pups and Marigny get together at Irish Fest in Milwaukee. It’s delightful to see them recognize one another and want to be so close and snuggle.
